Who uses Ruda
Ruda is used only by its owner. The Google OAuth client named “Ruda” is not offered to the public, and no other person's Google account is connected to it.
Google data Ruda accesses
When the owner asks, Ruda uses the Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Sheets APIs to list, read, create and edit the owner's own files. It accesses only what a request needs.
How the data is used
Google data is used only to carry out the owner's own requests, such as finding a file, drafting a document or updating a spreadsheet. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or training general-purpose AI models.
Storage and security
The access token is stored on the owner's private server, readable only by the account that runs Ruda. Copies of files that Ruda works with stay on that server or in the owner's own storage. Connections to Google use encrypted HTTPS.
Sharing
Ruda does not sell or share Google user data with anyone. To answer a request, relevant text may be sent to the AI model provider that the owner has chosen, under that provider's terms; it is not shared for any other purpose.
Limited Use
Ruda's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
The owner can revoke Ruda's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Files Ruda created remain in the owner's Drive until the owner deletes them.
